Keskinen Mills have been grinding Finnish buckwheat since 1995. As we only process and grind buckwheat, all our products are completely gluten free.

We receive our buckwheat from the Buckwheat Cooperative of North Pirkanmaa, which employs strict quality assurance methods to cultivation.

The buckwheat products of Keskinen Mills are a Finnish and organic alternative for special diets and a healthy choice for all types of cooking.
