Keskinen millsKeskinen Mills in Vilppula has cultivated buckwheat since 1994. In 1995 our first mill that was specialized in peeling and grinding buckwheat was built and the present mill was established in 2001.
The basic foundation for our work is that our buckwheat is
100% gluten-free. We produce Buckwheat flour and Organic Buckwheat Pasta.
