Keskinen mills

Keskinen Mills in Vilppula has cultivated buckwheat since 1994. In 1995 our first mill that was specialized in peeling and grinding buckwheat was built and the present mill was established in 2001.

The basic foundation for our work is that our buckwheat is 100% gluten-free.
We handle and grind in our mill only totally grain-free buckwheat and only buckwheat, no other grain. The buckwheat is delivered to us by the Buckwheat Cooperative of North-Pirkanmaa, see www.tattariosk.fi for more details. All buckwheat lots delivered to us are threshed and dried with 100% grain-free machines.

We produce Buckwheat flour and Organic Buckwheat Pasta.
